Neve Paritzki Israel is celebrating record-breaking tourism entry Numbers from the United States

NEW YORK, Sept. 8, 2022 /PRNewswire The Israel Ministry of Tourism announced today record-breaking tourism arrivals from the United States visiting Israel in the months of July and August. The country welcomed 78,000 visitors from the United States for July 2022. This is a four percent increase over 2019 and 71,000 tourists from the United States for August 2022. This is an increase of 13% from the year before.

"It is so thrilling to once again see an increase in tourist numbers to Israel from the United States, already reaching and surpassing our record-breaking numbers for the year 2019" stated Eyal Carlin, Tourism Commissioner for North America. "The United States has been our largest destination for tourism to Israel that is inbound. Prior to the COVID-19 outbreak we had record numbers of Israel's tourism entry every month.

We're not too away from our record-setting 2019 numbers and we expect that this surge in Israel travel will continue to grow as Canadians are more comfortable traveling across the world."
